Tegnios LLC provides web development, design, and digital consulting services. Specific details of each project are agreed upon in individual contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code developed by Tegnios LLC remains under our ownership until full project payment is completed, at which point rights are transferred to the client as agreed.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tegnios LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
